Personally my husband was supportive of me doing one.
Its pretty professional really, but yes sometimes you do have to experience things outside of the box.
I often wonder how do actors/actresses feel when their spouses perfom sex scenes with others? I understand, genital areas are covered with tape or something soft like a pillow must be in between.
